Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Lavola. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Lavola helps sole traders and small businesses in Fiji with invoicing, quotes, expenses, banking and basic compliance. The Service is in early access / prototype stage.

2. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your account secure
• Comply with Fijian law (including FRCS requirements)
• Export regularly during the prototype period

3. Your Data

You own your data. We only process it to deliver the Service.

4. Subscriptions

Pro is billed via Paddle in FJD. You can cancel anytime through the Paddle portal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Fijian law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss, especially during the prototype stage.

6. No Professional Advice

Lavola is a tool, not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice.

7. Termination & Governing Law

We may suspend access for breach of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Fiji.
