Pro subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually) via Paddle and renew automatically unless cancelled.
Cancel anytime in the Paddle customer portal. You keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period.
14-day money-back guarantee on your first Pro subscription. After that, subscriptions are generally non-refundable and we do not pro-rate.
Refunds may be considered for exceptional cases (e.g. prolonged outage on our side).
Please contact us first before raising a chargeback.
This policy does not affect your rights under Fijian consumer protection law or the Consumer Council of Fiji.
